Capsule for the Day

There is one book we are all writing. Every second of our lives, we add to the pages of this book. Our choices, our actions are content of this book. Incidentally, it is a book we often don't have time to read nor proofread to cross the "Ts" and dot the "Is". It is the book of Our Personal Life (OPL).

There is an amazing amount of stuff on the pages of OPL. There are answers there for present challenges; there are questions for past actions; and there are also lessons for future decisions. OPL is a wellspring of self-knowledge. We can't live a purpose-driven life without reading OPL.

To read and understand OPL, we need to make quality time for ourselves. In an ever busy world like ours, the "Me-Time" is a deficiency. What we need to cure this deficiency is a healthy dose of Vitamins N - NO. We need to say NO to things that don't matter in order to say Yes to things that matter.
