Capsule for the Day

In the era of eating healthy and keeping fit, more and more people are in the habit of taking a glass of natural juice. Personally, I love orange juice. It is always a delight to have a glass of fresh juice in the morning. I love it. But before the juice, there is a process of extraction.

Sometimes, I crush the oranges to extract the juice. Other times, I simply press the oranges. And if I want to be a bit civilised, I use the juice maker. I love it when the juice come out, and it always taste good. But imagine "the pain" the oranges go through to produce the juice? I hate "the pain"!

But without the pain, there can be no orange juice. And so it is with life. We can't have, or produce the juice of life without going through the painful process of extraction. Even Christ Jesus had to go through the crucifixion in order to experience the resurrection. No pain! No gain!
